We are coming out of the liturgical season of Advent – the season of hope, love, peace, and joy—the season of anticipation of the coming king. As most of you know who attended element this past month, we did 4 weeks on advent to help build anticipation and reflection to the coming of Christ.  Advent culminates with Christmas, but now, Christmas has passed.  

 

The season of Epiphany is highlighted by three instances; the journey of the magi, Jesus at the Temple when he was 12, and Jesus’s first public miracle of turning water into wine. All three of these events are instances that God chose to reveal his nature to us.
